CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice of Cancellation
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require rescheduling appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hour notice.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee of $35 on your next scheduled appointment.
Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment and have to reschedule your appointment, the cancellation policy will go into effect. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. Please provide your credit card information upon rebooking the appointment.
One Exception: There is (1) grace given for (1) cancellation or rescheduling that does not meet the cancellation policy conditions per client. These will be clearly documented in our client database. Anything past (1) exception will incur the $35 cancellation fee.
